1. What materials are stuffed animals made of?

Our plush toys are made with soft, safe materials, such as high-quality cotton and plush. They all meet safety standards and are free of toxic substances.

2. Are stuffed animals suitable for young children?

Yes, all our plush toys are designed for all ages. If any future model is not recommended for children under 3 years old, we will clearly indicate this in the product description.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery time is usually 7 to 14 business days , depending on the country and shipping method.

4. What do I do if the plush toy arrives deformed or wrinkled?

It's normal for the plush toy to arrive slightly compressed. Simply knead it gently and let it rest for a few hours to allow the PP cotton to expand.

5. What do I do if my plush toy arrives damaged or defective?

If your Hugsy Bear has any defects, please contact us within the first 15 days of receiving it. We will send you a free replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Cancellations or changes are only possible within the first 4 hours after making the purchase, as we process orders quickly to reduce shipping times.
